At The Official Kangol Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your headwear; if for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached to your Kangol products to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn Kangol headwear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
